Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in Department of Economics at Georgia State University. I received a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Berkeley in 2024.

My research interests include firm hiring, management, and political economy, combining field experiments with original data collection in low-income countries such as Ethiopia. My current projects focus on the efficient design and implementation of active labor market policies in low-and middle-income countries, and how large firms affect local labor market in the early stage of industrialization.
